Headquartered in Vientiane, Laos, Qizhouke International Pharmaceutical Group is a comprehensive conglomerate focusing on cross-border pharmaceutical trade. The Group has made in-depth efforts in offline terminal deployment. It owns the largest pharmacy in the Boten Special Economic Zone and a retail pharmacy in Vientiane, Laos, forming a two-way business system featuring "online direct mail coverage plus offline physical store support". This integrated system effectively balances product circulation efficiency and customer service experience. In China, the Group has only set up an after-sales service liaison office in Hainan, dedicated to handling relevant after-sales coordination and providing customers with precise and efficient after-sales support.

The Group comprises multiple business segments, among which the relevant businesses of the former India Gaoshi Group serve as a core pillar, providing strong impetus for the Group’s cross-border development layout. This segment has established principal operating companies in New Delhi, India and Hong Kong, China, while building a multi-regional warehousing network. Warehousing stations have been set up in New Delhi, India; Boten Special Economic Zone, Laos; South Guangzhou Bonded Warehouse, China; Hong Kong Warehouse, China; and Haikou Comprehensive Bonded Warehouse, Hainan, China. With core service capabilities including overseas direct procurement, cross-border logistics and bonded customs clearance, the segment closely aligns with China’s the Belt and Road Initiative and the development strategy of free trade zones, empowering the Group’s overall cross-border business operations.

Backed by a well-established cross-border service network, the Group’s business scope has gradually expanded to cover a full range of supporting services such as pharmaceutical R&D, pharmaceutical sales, overseas direct mail, personal parcel forwarding, and overseas warehousing and distribution. In 2022, the comprehensive complex building developed by the former India Gaoshi business segment under the Group was successfully capped and entered the interior decoration phase. Located in India, this building integrates functions including headquarters office, catering and hotel services, supermarkets, and accommodation. Upon completion, it will further improve the Group’s business supporting facilities in the South Asian region, laying a solid foundation for the continuous expansion of cross-border businesses.
